LeadSource IQ™ provides software designed to enhance lead source attribution, intake workflows, referral tracking, and revenue intelligence for law firms.

The Service is intended to supplement—not replace—your firm’s case management, CRM, or marketing systems.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use the Service.

4. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Use of the Service

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access underlying systems

6. Data & Customer Responsibilities

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to input and process such data

  • Complying with applicable privacy and legal obligations (including client confidentiality)

LeadSource IQ™ does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted data.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials related to LeadSource IQ™ are the property of LeadSource IQ™ or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., case management systems).

We are not responsible for:

  • The performance or availability of third-party services

  • Data accuracy from those integrations

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of attribution or reporting outputs

  • Specific business outcomes (e.g., increased revenue or ROI)

The Service provides insights, not legal or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadSource IQ™ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadSource IQ™ from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your data

  • Your violation of these Terms

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
